Hoje acordei inspirada, me revoltei com as corridinhas de 10 km e começo a sonhar com as Ultramaratonas, apesar de nunca ter corrido uma maratona, sei que sou uma corredora de longas distâncias. Algumas informações da Corrida Integração: A Eptv disse que foram aproximadamente 8000 participantes, mas dados da Contra Relógio: 2700 homens concluintes dos 10 km 500 mulheres concluinte dos 10 km O resto então deve ser de caminhantes e 5km. O dia estava lindo, mas muito vento, o que atrapalhou muito a chegada, até os quenianos reclamaram. A organização deveria fazer várias largadas, pois torna-se impossível melhorar o tempo na corrida. Ao sair da av Barão de Itapura, e chegar na Lagoa, os corredores de 10 km se encontra com os "pangas" dos 5k, eles colocaram 5km a direita e 10km à esquerda. Ninguém na história da Integração ouviu falar em sprint final, durante os últimos quilômetros tivemos que desviar dos atletas de final de semana.
